Booking times are UK times (GMT) so it is the responsibility of the customer to check the time zone differences and attend the appointment at the correct time. Appointment cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are non-refundable. Reschedule requests can be made but more than 24 hours' notice must be given.
