Booking times are UK times (GMT), so it is the responsibility of the customer to check the time zone differences and attend the appointment at the correct time. Once a booking is made, you have committed to making that appointment. You may request a reschedule for your appointment, but cancellations are non-refundable. At times, we may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. You understand that life or system errors happen, and we will honor the booking and reschedule you, but no refunds will be allowed. Reschedule requests can be made but more than 24 hours' notice must be given.
Please be respectful. We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse or unnecessary rude behavior. Our staff reserve the right to end the reading at any time if they feel threatened or abused in any way, or they are being recorded without authorisation.
Customers are NOT permitted to record readings. Recordings made by the vendor are offered as a courtesy only. They are not included in the price of the reading.
All recordings remain the intellectual property of the business and cannot be shared or broadcasted without express permission. If you record the reading without permission, purposely or otherwise, you are in breach of intellectual property law, under sections of Creative Works and Confidential Information.
It is illegal to share or charge for playing a recording that breaches intellectual property rights. Playing such a recording, particularly in a commercial setting, is a breach of copyright that can result in both civil penalties, such as lawsuits for damages, and criminal prosecution, which can lead to significant fines or imprisonment.
If either party stops the reading, before the reading is completed, there is a no-refund policy. By booking, you agree to these terms and conditions.
